  • KYC data: Identity documents, selfie images (processed by Smile Identity)
  • Blockchain data: Wallet address, on-chain transaction hashes
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. National ID numbers are encrypted at rest. Payment card details are never stored on our servers -- they are processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

We share your data only with: (a) KYC verification providers (Smile Identity), (b) payment processors (Paystack, M-Pesa, Flutterwave), (c) regulatory authorities when required by law, and (d) blockchain networks (public wallet addresses only).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to regulatory retention requirements), and export your data in a portable format. 6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active plus 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping regulations. KYC documents are retained for the minimum period required by applicable AML/CFT regulations.
